Weekend Activities

Saturday morning we posse'd up and rolled down to San-O despite the prevailing south wind and gloominess, a good time was had by all.  Massa Tom and I ended up cruising down to Cy's place where we ate, drank, and conversed. Good times. 

Here is a top secret map Cy drew us for maximum shredability. Betcha can't guess where this gem is.

After a slash, we stopped by Surfy Surfy to visit J.P., who has to be one of the nicest dudes around. I give that shop the megashaka of approval. I want a Mini-Merk sooooo bad.

I "met" Danny through the erBB and interweb blogging. Snoogins "knows" him through the erBB. He shapes his own boards and hates stuff as much as we do. Hopefully we will cross paths in real life one day.

Slacker

You may or may not have noticed my complete lack of posting as of late.

I got hitched, been workin', went to Kauai and Maui, camped in Catalina, turned 25, and went to New York. All in the last 6 weeks.

Needless to say the blog has been on the back burner.

Anyways, the most surf-related thing I have done lately was get some custom-made boardshorts for my Groomsmen.

Anyways, here they are. Solid royal blue with white back pocket with snap closure. Made with lots of love by Sato down at Katin Surf Shop. I've known Sato since I got my first job at Katin when I was 15. She said she still thought I was a little boy, she couldn't believe it. Super psyched she was able to sew these up for me. Pretty special.

Our buddy Brett and some of his pals went on a trip to El Salvador. I lurked on his facebook page and found some shots from his trip. There is nothing better than frothing in the soup with your buds, I really dig that photo.

This is my new bike... Im doing some Mods on it but keeping it pretty stock, it is a 90 cc Honda 1974 CT Trail90. scored it for 700$ and just got it insured today...In the process of registering it and getting my permit. It cruises at about 50 mph so if you see me zipping past you send me a shout!

Also just went to Scotty Stopnik's house yesterday and scored a retro helmet...He has the ultimate Man Cave with motorcycles everywhere!

We also discussed the Svrfandestroy movie and it sounds like Scotty, Turkey and any of their other fellow Cycle Zombies should be taking part in the film!
