I just picked up my 5'7" Frodo Bat-tail Quad. I'm not gonna lie...I am pretty amped. EC hooked me up with some of the new Speed Dialer fins, so things should be wild tomorrow morning when I go out for her maiden voyage tomorrow morning at Cliffs.
While I was at EC's house I got an update on my 9'7" Diamond Sled; should be done pretty soon. I was also able to put in an order for a 5'7" Anthrax thruster and a 10'6" Pelican. The Pelican will be my longest surfboard to date...and EC said it might possibly be a quad! His brother and Skip Frye have been toying around with the concept of a quad cruiser, so I will happily be the Guinea Pig. I am also going to be putting an order in for a quad Comp pretty soon as well.
